2. Description of Service
Caprafi provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for wealth and portfolio management, including:
- Asset tracking and portfolio management across multiple asset classes
- Document storage and contract management
- AI-powered insights and analysis
- Multi-tenant organization management
- Valuation tracking and performance reporting
Important: Caprafi is a data management and analysis tool. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated financial services. All investment decisions remain your sole responsibility.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Using strong, unique passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication
3.3 Tenant Administration
If you create or administer a tenant organization, you are responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within your organization. You must ensure all users comply with these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing your own or your organization's wealth and financial information.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- ✕Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- ✕Use the Service for money laundering or other financial crimes
- ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- ✕Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- ✕Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
- ✕Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- ✕Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- ✕Use the Service to compete with Caprafi
5. Your Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data. We do not verify the accuracy of information you provide.
5.4 Data Export
You may export Your Data at any time through the Service's export functionality. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to export Your Data before it is deleted.
6. AI Features and Limitations
Our Service includes AI-powered features that analyze your data and provide insights. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- AI insights are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice
- You should independently verify any AI-generated analysis before making decisions
- We continuously improve our AI systems, and outputs may vary over time
- AI features process Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Subscription Plans
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT, TAX, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.
Information and analysis provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
9.2 Service Availability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.3 Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Caprafi SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Investment losses or financial damages
- Business interruption
- Costs of substitute services
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caprafi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your Data or content you upload to the Service
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice (or immediately for serious violations).
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.
13.3 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or security breaches.
